Donna Campbell, President

The Santa Rosa Symphony League's mission is to support the Santa Rosa Symphony in any way we can. More specifically we support the Symphony's music education programs which reach over 14,000 young people in Sonoma County.

Our support comes in a number of ways, but most importantly through our fundraising efforts. For 52 years the League has presented events for this purpose. We have two main fundraising events; the Sing-ALong Messiah in December and the Symphony of Food, Wine and Art in March. Throughout the season we present musicales, bridge parties, fashion shows, garden tours and lunch & learn events as part of our Festival of Parties fundraising. The League also offers opportunities for individuals and for businesses to participate in our fundraising efforts through our "Friends of the Santa Rosa Symphony League" and "Merchants for Music" programs.

If you are interested in working with an amazingly creative and talented group of women, please consider membership in the League. We really do put on the best parties and have a good deal of fun doing it.

Stop by the League's table at any of the Symphony classical concerts at Wells Fargo Center for the Arts or call our message line at 707-522-8786 for more information and someone will return you call.

The League has a beautiful cookbook, Festival of Parties, Recipes for Entertaining Sonoma County Style. Based on the Festival of Parties, it is organized into parties complete with menu, decoration, music and activity suggestions, and, of course, recipes. It is available at Rodney Strong Winery in Windsor. Contact the League for a mail-order form.
